ReplyDeleteWhat a very good explanation of why to buy handmade soaps. I sometimes have difficulty explaining to my friends and family, now I just give away the soaps that I make, just to win them over to use the real artisan soap. Because it's such a great passion I can sometimes get annoyed when people are so short-sighted, and just put on their skin anything, just because it's cheap.
We soapmakers have a job to do, at least here in the Netherlands.
